For safety and legal reasons, I do not carry out work involving gas, major plumbing, or electrical installations.
Gas → All work on boilers, gas cookers, and gas appliances must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Plumbing → I can handle small tasks like fixing leaks, replacing taps, re-sealing baths/showers, or unblocking sinks. Larger plumbing jobs (like installing new pipework or central heating) requires a qualified plumber.
Electrical → I can do minor jobs like changing lightbulbs, installing battery-powered lights, or fitting shades. Any wiring, new sockets, or consumer unit work must be done by a Part P qualified electrician.
